The Queen's Scout Award is the ultimate in Scouting Awards for 16 - 25 yr olds!

Staged Activity Awards
Staged Awards take account of your activity throughout your Scouting career, so if you had 15 nights away as a Scout and you have done another 5 as an Explorer this gets you your 20 Nights Away Badge. You wear the highest achievement you have on your sleeve, so your 15 Nights Away Badge would be replaced on your sleeve by the 20 (you can add the older one to your badge blanket or bag if you have one)
